A wonderful culinary experience! We had dinner at Coconut Lyly and it was perfect. The owner, Lyly, is incredibly welcoming and passionate. The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place where you feel the heart of Cambodian hospitality. A must-visit in Battambang!

Considering the great reviews I was a bit disappointed. Yes the food is good but it is too expensive for what it is and the portion was small (I took the chicken fried noodles). After being 2 weeks in Cambodia I have a sense of prices and while it is much cheaper than Europe, it is a bit higher than the average of other really good Cambodian restaurants both in Battambang and Siem Reap.

I can not fault our experience with Lyly, Savath, and their family. We have had both of our evening meals here in Battambang and took part in their cooking class too. The food is all fresh and made to order, the price is reflective of this too whilst still being incredibly affordable. There is a good variety to choose from on their menu. It has been the best ice tea that I have had in Cambodia too. The cooking class was $17.50 per person for three hours. Lyly took us to the local market to buy some fresh, local produce which we then included in our meals. We were taught about different Cambodian foods and culture. We especially liked seeing how fresh coconut milk is taken from the coconut and made. The class ended up being just myself and my partner with Savath which was a huge bonus. We got to choose from their recipes three main meals and one dessert to cook. Each option we chose was prepared by ourselves under Savath's clear instruction and support, before we then cooked and ate our food too. We got to keep the recipe books and got a PDF copy. We love the people and food so much we went back tonight after having our lunch there today! Thank you Lyly and Savath for an incredible experience. This is a must visit restaurant and experience when in Battambang!

Had the Amok Tofu and immediately signed up for the cooking class the next day- yes, it’s that good. The class was SO FUN! Super wonderful and kind people, great food, and such a great price. Highly recommend.

What a great restaurant. Simple Cambodian food cooked quickly, without fuss and at sensible prices. We liked it so much we went back the next evening as well. AND .... we did the cookery class this morning. 100% recommendation. The food is excellent and the cookery class an amazing three hours. Five stars out of five for everything.
