Kun Khmer is most well known for its kicking technique, which generates power from hip rotation rather than snapping the leg. Kun Khmer consists of four types of strikes: punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. The clinch is used to wear down the opponent. In the clinch, opponents battle for a dominant position for short-range strikes by way of elbows and knees. Cambodian fighters tend to utilize more elbow strikes than other martial arts in the region. In Kun Khmer, more victories come by way of an elbow technique than any other strike.

This skybar offers a nice, relaxed atmosphere with a decent view of bassac lane. It’s not overly crowded, which makes it a great place if you’re looking for a bit of privacy while enjoying the people watching. The food is good for a rooftop spot—tasty and well-presented. They also have a decent wine selection with a few good options to pair with your meal. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to unwind, enjoy good food, and have a quiet drink above the city. 🍷🌆

Took 3 plate, 2 good one nothing special ( pork ribs very dry). Service very professional but friendly. The 3 stars because I never see 7% of service charge in Cambodia, the charge you 10% vat ( ok) and 7% service charge that is ridiculous. If there was not this charge iylts a 4 start restaurant.

I recently visited Aura in Phnom Penh, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed night out. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. We started with whisky sours, and they were perfectly balanced—smooth, refreshing, and expertly mixed. For food, we ordered salmon sushi, chicken wings, and chilli garlic prawns, and every dish was spot-on. The salmon sushi was fresh and delicate, the chicken wings were crispy and flavorful, and the chilli garlic prawns had just the right amount of heat and richness. You could really taste the quality and care put into each plate. Overall, Aura delivered on every level—great drinks, delicious food, and excellent service in a beautiful setting. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Phnom Penh. I’ll definitely be back!

The sushi at Aura Sky Bar was, regrettably, underwhelming. At $22 for merely five pieces, one would expect finesse and balance — yet the rice was unpleasantly firm, and the flavors lacked coherence. The oysters were ordinary, offering little depth or freshness. Even the view, while passable, falls short of the “sky bar” allure; the height simply doesn’t grant that breathtaking panorama its name suggests. Cocktails range between $7–10 each, which might seem fair elsewhere, but here they feel disproportionately priced given the overall mediocrity. A place with potential, but far from justifying its premium.
