Kun Khmer is most well known for its kicking technique, which generates power from hip rotation rather than snapping the leg. Kun Khmer consists of four types of strikes: punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. The clinch is used to wear down the opponent. In the clinch, opponents battle for a dominant position for short-range strikes by way of elbows and knees. Cambodian fighters tend to utilize more elbow strikes than other martial arts in the region. In Kun Khmer, more victories come by way of an elbow technique than any other strike.

Food was great!! Very simple but fabulous flavor. Didn’t snap a picture of the fish soup but it was my favorite! And they’ve got a cat! 🐈 😊 definitely recommended!

Really lovely night at this well regarded restaurant. Staff were excellent - keep apologising for the noise from the two larger groups (one tour group on their last night, the other a bunch of locals out for a meal - both excellent recommendations in their own right). First meal in Cambodia so had to have fish amok and lok lak. Both exceptional. Excellent wine list (ask, and they will show you the current options) - we had a fabulous Samur (a surprising and very welcome find!). Highly recommended

Came for the stir fry beef with red tree ants, morning glory and spicy basil and it was fantastic. Do not let the insects scare you off, the meal is truly delicious and those insects are just a good source of protein!

I came alone and was recommended to order Grilled Fish Amok. It seems the usual way is to steam it but the chef recommended having the grilled variant instead. Couldn't have been better as this was one of the highlight meals for me in Cambodia. Served with a portion of white rice, the meal was amazing taste and price wise. Coconuts are nice, big and fresh as well. There's also a cute cat roaming around who I quite enjoyed playing with. If there's one meal I wish I re did in Cambodia, it'd be this one

Fabulous Khmer dining, the “manager” was very charming and more than accommodating. I asked if I could sample the ants and he had some brought out, very interesting. All the dishes were very good. The chocolate desert was out of this world great. Offered a Laotian coffee that was superb. He really deserves a lot more traffic, highly recommended!
