Kun Khmer is most well known for its kicking technique, which generates power from hip rotation rather than snapping the leg. Kun Khmer consists of four types of strikes: punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. The clinch is used to wear down the opponent. In the clinch, opponents battle for a dominant position for short-range strikes by way of elbows and knees. Cambodian fighters tend to utilize more elbow strikes than other martial arts in the region. In Kun Khmer, more victories come by way of an elbow technique than any other strike.

Authentic Stories from Diners
My recent dining experience at Blossom Restaurant was nothing short of spectacular, providing the perfect high note for my last meal in the city. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the spotless environment; the level of cleanliness is truly impressive and sets a professional tone for the entire visit. The menu is exceptionally well-rounded, offering a thoughtful variety of dishes that could easily satisfy any palate. Every bite I took was a testament to the kitchen's commitment to fresh, delicious ingredients and culinary excellence. What truly elevated my dining experience was the service. My server, Sovankiri, was absolutely amazing—balancing a high degree of professionalism with a warm, charismatic personality that made the meal feel special. It is rare to find such a seamless blend of top-tier food and genuine hospitality. Blossom Restaurant is a wonderful place that I recommend highly. It has officially become a must-visit destination for every future trip I take to Phnom Penh.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Blossom Restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, but what truly made our visit special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Sophea, who went above and beyond to make us feel safe and well cared for. When we asked which oil was used for frying due to allergies, she didn’t just answer — she kindly went to the kitchen and brought back the bottle to show us that it was sunflower oil. That level of care, transparency, and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. Excellent food, outstanding service, and genuine attention to guests’ needs. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!
The caravan makes me fat😁 I eat too much everyday 🤤 10 days is the best for me 🥰 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, and the view from the property was absolutely stunning. Every moment of my stay felt relaxing and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an unforgettable experience. Welcome To Caravan 🤟🏻😘 The Hotel Is In Cambodia 🇰🇭😍 @TousSophea
We went for dinner as I saw some good reviews. It was a strange experience. The decor and surroundings in no way match the food on offer. When I walked in I expected reasonably high end fair as the decor was impressive and classy loooking. But instead it was just run of the mill food similar to what I was being served 3 days ago at a beach bar. Even the menu for the usual picture postcard type you get in your average establishment except here it's twice the price.
Had a lovely late lunch at Blossom Restaurant! The food was fresh and acceptable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Thary was so friendly and helpful , she really made my visit special. Her manager was also kind and attentive. Great service and great food — I’ll definitely be back! 🌸
