Authentic Stories from Diners
I was disappointed with the vegetarian red curry as it was very oily, lacked flavour, and had very few vegetables. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognese for my son and specifically asked for no cheese because he is dairy intolerant. When the dish arrived, the waiter even said “no cheese,” but it was covered in cheese. I had to ask for it to be remade, which they did, and the second one came out correctly. On the positive side, the atmosphere was lovely with a really nice ambiance, and both the waiter and waitress were welcoming and friendly. However, I do hope the kitchen pays more attention to dietary requests in the future, as this is very important for customers with food intolerances.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant near the town center. The location is very convenient, making it an easy stop whether you’re exploring the area or just looking for a great place to eat. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the visit special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team was happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. The atmosphere was also very pleasant—clean, comfortable, and perfect for both casual meals and small gatherings.specia mention for Srey Mao and So Thea
The minute we walked in here we were greeted with friendly smiling people. The staff was all so attentive to every need we had. We were a large group from grandparents, kids and grandkids. They sat us at a nice large table in the back of the restaurant that was big enough to fit all of us comfortably. A few of the kids ordered non traditional food, cheeseburger and fries, the club sandwich and fries and they ate it all up. The rest of us ordered the Tom Yum, a curry, beef wide noodle, chicken wide noodle, and a beef stir fry. All the food was great. The sticky rice and mango, watermelon shakes, pineapple shake, lemon tea, lime tea were all amazingly delicious
Reviews are excellent for this restaurant and ours will be no exception. Beautifully presented food which tasted as good as it looked. We started off with chicken satay which had a very different lemongrass tasting sauce followed by chicken and ginger stir fry for me and I added some pineapple to that and a burger for hubby. Delicious. Dessert was the tapioca and banana and ice cream. Again all presented well and delicious. The seats at the back are set in a garden atmosphere. $19 all up which included drinks is good value. Highly recommended.
Here on a week after cruise vacation. Our Green Empire Resort owner recommended this restaurant and we are elated he did. Price - outstanding for quantity and quality of food. This includes beverages. Quantity. We had apps, main and drinks. Filled up a family of six very nicely. Quality. Outstanding. The taste and flavour exceeded our expectations. Thank you. It is our intent to be back before we leave.
