Vanna Restaurant & Bar in Kampot

We ate here twice cus we had to come back, the food was too good! The service is lovely and every dish we tried was perfect. Thank you so much for being the best food we had in kampot :)

Very friendly and welcoming owner/manager, not so friendly or enthusiastic staff. Remarkably dirty inside, the table clothes must've not been changed in years, the air is stale, the overall atmosphere is heavy and unpleasant. Maybe I have made a mistake with what I'd ordered, but the curry chicken and pepper beef burger were absolutely average, not delicious, not anyhow remarkable. Maybe in the future I will give it another try and succeed better with the choosing.

I’d highly highly recommend eating here when in Kampot. We’ve come back twice already and if we were here for longer, we’d be back again. The smoked duck luk lak was beautiful, as was the chicken satay. There chips are homemade and they are delicious. Owner is a Belgium man, who is incredibly nice and lovely to talk too.

Our last night in Kampot (sadly) and thought it’d be nice to eat in front of the water. We really enjoyed our meal. Both dishes were extremely tasty and the spring rolls were the best we’ve had in Cambodia so far. My friend thought it was the best Fish Amok he’s had so far! I liked my rice pudding dessert but didn’t need the extra sugar. It would be have been even better served with some fresh mango slices for some added freshness. I would have liked a fresh coconut drink option. We really liked the vibe and the atmosphere and it was a perfect place to have our last meal here, seeing the lights of Kampot at night.

Good spot on the Main Street of a big tourist area but the food is good. The duck was amazing but the beef noodle was just okay. Service is friendly and attentive. They do have happy hour cocktails for $2 from 5-7PM which was great. Highly recommend the deep fried shrimp as the appetizer, super fresh and the batter has a bit of the fresh pepper
