The Tavern does incredible <a href="/cambodia/travel-guides/cities-regions/kampot-and-kep-cambodias-southern-coast" class="internal-link">Kampot</a> pepper steak and whole grilled lake fish from Tonle Sap. Malis serves refined Khmer cuisine — their ginger chicken was the best I had in Cambodia. And The Old Maison is the place for cocktails in a beautifully restored colonial building.
